The CrossFit Games Open is almost upon us and the time for EVERYONE to sign up is now!!

The CrossFit Games Open is the first stage in a three step process in qualifying for the CrossFit Games. This five week online competition features one workout per week. The workouts are announced on Thursday evening and scores must be submitted by Monday evening. We will be conducting the Open Workouts each Friday as our daily WOD! Everyone who registers for the open will be provided a score card and a judge every Friday.

Keep in mind, The Open is for athletes of all levels, not just those looking to advance to Regionals. As such, each workout has a prescribed version, as well as a scaled option. Participating in the open is an extremely fun and rewarding experience that WILL help you break through barriers and goals that you never thought you would be able to!
