Gymnastics: 7 Min AMRAP 1 Rope Climb 6 Tuck Jumps

WOD: Workout 16.1.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge 95/65
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

For the lunge, we have decided to do them in place to avoid collision. To figure out how many steps required, lets measure out 25 feet and have people do a pass and count their steps and that's how many steps they will do in place.

As for the Pullups we've got scales from the open.

C2B
Regular Kipping
Jumping
Ring Row if jumping can't happen.

Again, if the C2B is a big big holdup we can take a scale but I highly encourage anyone that got even a handful of C2B in the open to go for it.
